What you Need to Know before Booking

🧾 Payment Policy

  • Full payment is due within 7 days after your event.
  • Photos will only be released once full payment has been received.

📢 Advertising Notice

  • We will not upload your full gallery to our Facebook or Instagram pages.
  • However, we may select a few photos and short video clips for advertising purposes only.
  • Our attendants may record brief clips during your event, while being mindful of your privacy.

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel after receiving photoprint template options, a $50 service fee will apply.
  • The rest of the amount paid will be refunded.

📐Space Requirements

  • A minimum clear space of 8ft x 8ft. (If smaller, let us know id advance)
  • One table and two chairs.

Kindly Secure the date by:

  • Double checking your availability
  • Sending a brief message to let us know that you are going to send the deposit
  • Sending a $100CAD deposit fee to brickandmarga@gmail.com
  • Completing this form and sending it to our email.

Upon completion of payment and form, we will create
your photoprint template and will send you options to decide on.

Consent to Photography & Use
By participating, you consent to having your photos taken and understand that they may be stored and used for event purposes. The event organizer may use these images for promotional or social media purposes unless you explicitly opt out.

Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for any personal belongings brought into the photo booth. The event organizers and venue are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Appropriate Conduct
Users must engage with the photo booth respectfully. Any inappropriate, offensive, or damaging behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

Technical Issues
The photo booth is provided as a fun and complimentary service. The event organizers are not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost photos, or printing errors.

Liability Release
By using the photo booth, you waive any claims against the event organizers, venue, or operators for injuries, damages, or losses arising from your participation.

If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from booking the photo booth.
